People, who experience vomiting, like women suffering from morning sickness, have found that cinnamon is extremely beneficial. People who have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome also benefit from the use of cinnamon. Women who have the potential to have trouble with their pregnancy also benefit from the use of cinnamon. Cinnamon is a common ingredient in natural remedies to relieve colds and allergies as well.

There are many methods that can be used to ingest cinnamon. A person can use it as an ingredient in a dessert dish. It can also be taken straight. Many people enjoy mixing it with tea, coffee, and/or milk. It can also come in a candy form.
