Proposed 92-foot sign a hazard to aviation?
PEABODY — When developers say "sign," Peabody officials say "how high?" And when the answer is 92 feet, they say "No." A plan to erect a sign atop a 92-foot pole off Lowell Street, a sign meant to be visible from Route 1 and Interstate 95, got knocked flat at the City Council last week.
